They do great work and we're really glad to collaborate with them, where and when it makes sense. That's how you stay relevant, stay alive, keep pushing forward. There is perhaps no larger pool of scientific research in the entire industry than what has been created on behalf and by and for the Cardano project. All of it is open source and it has inspired many other ecosystems from Polkadot to Ergo and everything in between in some way to think a certain way.

For example, NiPoPoWs just launched on Ergo. Super proud of that because I remember the early days of that research in 2016 with Dionysis Zindros working on it for his PhD. To watch it go from just an idea in a Greek kid's mind to now the basis of security for light clients in an entire cryptocurrency ecosystem is an extraordinary accomplishment.

So, he read our paper. He used to work for us before he created ERGO and he implemented it. And this is the first main net large scale implementation of NIPoPoWs. And it's just an extraordinary thing. And it makes me so proud and so excited because I remember being with Dennis is in Greece when he was a graduate student. Watching him describe it, write it on a chalkboard more than six years to go hoping that we could find a way to convince the Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin community that this was a good idea and. Even Kim was a concept called Velvet Forks to try to bring it through.

And it just so happened that now it's in market and there's an actual chain running with it on main net. So, it's definitely a huge win and it makes me real happy. And so, congratulations to the ERGO community. It's really nice to see how you continue to innovate. You continue to push forward. It's one of my favorite projects and it's a spiritual successor in many ways. I think to the original intent of Bitcoin and so much wonderful thought. And to serve of actually the NXT community and the crypto community, then scorex and then it worked its way to ergo and one after another, innovation after innovation.

How's ERGO? Really do love the ecosystem, the community. They're great people. And they are building hard.

He said this is impossible to do in the accounts model; they don't have a representation like this. So what ends up happening, is that you eventually develop capabilities to do more and more outputs. At Ergo, for example, they've experimented with 5000 outputs, and then each output can have dozens of events inside of it.

Uh, so yeah, I think it's just a great model and it's built, handling a love for Hydra. It's built, hand and glove, for side chain transactions, Roll-Ups, off chain stuff, and it's very clear how you optimize the UTXO model over time. Ergo's done some great work and we continue to do great work. With every version of Plutus and update UTXO, it'll get more efficient so you can horizontally scale.

This is completely new software, these are not modified protocols. These are completely new protocols. Over 40 papers have been written about Cardano, more than 20 of which have undergone peer review process. About half of them are currently undergoing the peer review at major conferences. This evidence indicates that we are dealing with original science and carry the dual disadvantage of being the first.
